FPS

FPS is a simple script that outputs the frames-per-second of any SWF movie. The 1st number is the real-time fps. The 2nd number is the lowest fps (per second), and the 3rd number is the movie's default fps.

This little guy has proven himself a valuable asset in determining performance bottlenecks of my professional Flash components. It's easy to use, just copy and paste the movieclip into any timeline! (download includes Flash 8 & 9 versions)

(Elzap: no le encontraba mucha necesidad hasta que abrí photoshop y bajaba el fps ;) puede servir para comprobar -aproximadamente- la cantidad de recursos que chupa un swf...)
