I just noticed the "rollout" issue... it is the "onDragOut" that is missing.
It is like this... this.onRollOver = function() should be:
this.onRollOver = this.onDragOut = function()
That way when you rollout while button is pressed it will still go back to initial state.

I noticed what adrianTNT wrote too, about the reflection needing to change along with the rollover.
