this form work on any hosting server supporting PHP. You can use this form on any require domain, Check domain or hosting setting in domain Manager tool or Contact with hosting administrator.

And another question... does it only works on UNIx or LINUX?

Hi! I like this one of yours... still using it! But I have a problem, and hope you can and want to help me. the question is: how can I make this form send me the email with a domain name .com.es for example? everything works, but only with domain .com

I can't believe that you guys still using my old flash form :D....From last past 3 years done so many development in Flash AS3 will upload soon here.

For email validation see layer 5 script line 82:

Variables which define for setfocus use for validation.
