This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

i am not a software person. To save money I use tripod.com and have been making our office website. It does offer a tool to upload a flash file. However I am not sure about the steps. Can anyone help me to upload any file that is here in this website...thanks !!
