This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

@users: I tested the download zip and the zip file downloads and opens correctly.
If you have issues try in both these ways:
- directly clicking the download link OR
- right click the download link and pick "save target as" or "save link as".
