rotating device
This is an old rotating device I created. Good for a gallery or something similar i suppose.

in your 'rotate_mc' animation, in the first frame, you should add:
_parent._parent.next_btn.enabled = true;
And on the second frame, add:
_parent._parent.next_btn.enabled = false;
This will prevent from clicking the next button while it is rotating.
