ParticleManager V1

Here is the start of a framework for particle engines. Right now, it's not too complete and needs quite a bit of work. When it is done, it should be one of the most full and advanced particle engines implemented in Flash.
I might end up having to port the system over to Processing (processing.org) because I'm not sure that Flash will handle it too well.
ps. Right now, it is set up for a firework-like effect for someone in the forum, but it can be changed to create a variety of effects.
