This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Simple Encryption
Hey gang, this is my first contribution to FFiles.com. Its a simple encryption tool developed in flash. The swf is a simple example of one way to use it - i actually used it in a different way (to hide querystring values coming out of flash), but figured it would be pretty easy to grasp with this kind of interface.
