It's not a problem the code work's fine.It just not looping in the window in witch is displayed.I wanted to put only the code for preloader.This way the users can view only the code for preloading not the code that makes preloader loop.

I think it has a problem, it only shows the preloading once but after that it doesn't show the preloading or the content.
