1172: Definition net.fuoridalcerchio.utils:Scrollbar could not be found.

i have Scrollbar.as file in the same folder, and i get error when i open the fla file and press ctr+enter even without editing anything.i have just downloaded and opened the fla and pressed ctr+enter and i get error in output window and scroll is not working ,it is in still motion....what shall i do?
