Wholehearted "meh." Nothing really special or useful here in my opinion - it could be made better if you made your streamers and confetti animations smoother. They just appear on the screen - try starting them above the stage, and falling through. Maybe do an animation to make the streamers slither more. (check out my heatwave animation for that. . .) and make the confetti shimmer - just make the confetti a movie clip and put in like 3 or 4 different colors on consecutive keyframes - it'll loop and look like the clitter is shimmering. Hello bgssilva. In my opinion you can do it better. The red color in the background and the people together remembers me people burning in hell. Maybe, instead of red, you can use blue with gradient (sky) and use less people, with bigger size and more space between them. The confetti animation is broken, not continuous. You can make it fall slower too. Thanks for sharing your work.
I don't understand your question about the votes. I'm not controlling it. Get in touch with the ADM and asked him how this is possible. I never cared to question the vote. I Like very much of the constructive criticism they always make me bettering.
