I've tried adding a preloader but it won't work

when i upload the .swf to dreamweaver the images and thumbs dont show up where can i fix this?

Good gallery! I changed the parameters to change the look and outside the canvas I found an image (the last of the serie). And now this image appears from the right and I couldn't make disapear.
Do you know how to do it?
