Motion Blur V3
Yet again another version of the motion blur effect. All the actionscript code has been turned into proper function so that you can easily reuse them. The ball is now draggable, so you will first have to drag it up to see the effect. Functions have been made. :)Yes I know everyone's tired of seeing the same entry again and again.
