This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

even though the fla file is CS5 version, but the player that he set in the fla file is Flash Player 10 & 10.1, so it's stated correctly in his file details.

SWF is really Fl9 BUT to "export with" is NOT the same than to build !
For example, builded with Fl8, you save with higher and export like or under, but by other way it's impossible, builded with Fl10, IMPOSSIBLE to save like Fl8, ONLY to export swf MAY BE "like" Fl8, and however to use decompiler on such file we'll have AGAIN Fl10...
So, modify please this announcement !

Opened (tried in fact) with CS3, unable, i'll take time to put on one machine CS5 to see if it's working...
