This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Player FLV FullScreen Video
Its a progressive FLV player, with full screen (full screen work only with player 9). The fullscreen need a html parameter, u can see a example here with FS :the package content 2 folder :
- 1 with classic player ( its a progressive FLV down, can work in all Web server)
- 1 with FMS player ( can work only on Flash Media server, with that, u dont must download all video for see. FMS have... more >

1) Open "player_classic_v2.fla" file.
2) To play the FLV movie, edit "playerFlv_mc" (its in library).
3) Select "actions" layer, edit line number 27.

It didnt work before because the swf html code needed a code to allow full screen, now all flash files can use the full screen feature.

@ravage: I see fullscreen works locally so I am thinking it is a security limitation because of FFILES html code.
the full screen doesn't seem to work in the example :S using flash player 9 in firefox.
