This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Looks like it is Flash 9 so I edited file version info.
Why is it that you can never open a flash file from this website without it says "Unexpected File Format"???? Great file by the way.

What about when you click on a menu item that item stays up? The way it is shown on this site only the home tab stays up after you click on any of the other buttons. It makes it appear that you are at "Home". When you click on "Training" that will open the training section and that tab should stay up to show which button clicked as well as where you are currently in the site.
