I got CS4 and CS5 as well, and i still use Flash 8 professional and Flash CS3 more often than CS4 and CS5... I even use Flash 5 for create autoRun disk cause of the exe creation...

So, Bonk, no, the movement doesn't consume much processor. The blur effect and the blend mode are the ones that use the most of the processor. If you want you can take them off.
