No, it do not open larger images, but it is easy to creating, if you draw an mc(eg. load_mc), and write this script in the buttons:
on (press) {_root.load_mc.loadMovie("example.jpg");

}

The small thumbs do not open larger images, is that how it was designed? Just the thumbs? Or maybe you forgot to upload the large images?
