the tween errors may be caused by the rout you are importing the tween from.did you install the tweener_mc....whatever you are using?
need flash cs3, then you may save it as flash 8, depends of the code it uses, you may lose code fron cs3, it will alert you

I agree with first: The shaking doesn't fit to the rest of the gallery, but everything else is great work and a nice start for beginners looking for a simple, yet good-looking gallery.

Thanks for providing us beginners with something to learn from. My comment is on presentation. It's a matter of personal preference, but I feel the "shake" is unnecessary, and being the rather impatient person that I am to get to the next image, the pause is too long. LOL.
You need to download the Tweener class. Fallow the Listing URL, you will find there a full tutorial on how to make this gallery and the link to the Tweener class.
Seems good.. but i cant get it to work ones i published it. Something with the caurina.transitions.*; .. maybee im doing something wrong..
The gallery is not perfect and can be improved. With a little effort and imagination you can display more that 15 photos. I provide this file and my other files to help those interested in learning Flash how certain tasks can be done.

Moreover you must return to the first screen for viewing the next photo. Isn't it a little bit stupid? no ergonomic
