This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

I have downloaded the mc_tween2.as extension, and I am using flash8. I did not get any error messages when I exported it to swf, but the swf cannot play thou.. do I need to upgrade my flash program?
