I think you didnt upload the XML i sent you because it is still 11, and the new xml doesnt even have 11 pics :)
I uploaded the new XML for this listing. For the other listing you have I uploaded the swf but that didn't fix the scaling. Also if you send swf updates in future also send the fla file. I will remove that one now and if you fix the URLs and the scaling then upload it again.
