This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

I was using my old computer, and SSD is my old account and it was auto-saved as my username in my browser, I used to use SSD as my only account, but when I got my new computer I forgot my username and password, and setup a new account. I realized that I had the wrong account just after posting the comment, I don't mind if you delete SSD
