This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

I suppose this is more of the motion side of this category - random movement with lines drawn to the mouse :)Edit: Pretty slow in the browser, should work better if you download/preview in standalone Flash player and reduce the number of dots ;)
