This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

Animated Loading Bar
Copy the preloader clip form root of the file and paste it in first frame of your flash file, move all your other content to second frame. When file loads the preloader will stop the timeline and will play the loading animations, when loading is done then it will tell its parent level to go to and play second frame (your file content).Can be edited with Flash MX.

Sir i download your preloader but when i open the swf file its not working not progress bar running or thr is no loading progress please help me
yes adrian it works in the website, just when i added it in my page it doesnt work, just i can see the loader images for few seconds with always 0% and after animation start. maybe i mad something wrong...
It works ok, did you click "reload"? If it loads to fast and you do not see it then your connection is to fast to see the preloader animation.
