I've created it on flash 9 i can save it for 8 but I will see if I could modified the document online.

is it only the cursors name that must be changed?
Yes you can use it many times but you have to change the name of each element in order not to make confusion into the code. For example, the cursor's name can't be always the same otherwise the code doesn't works.
I've used it on a web site : slaene.com > "News" > "Actus" or "concerts" and it works !
