the shirts are created through 3dmax/miyer and animated to spin, than you need to capture the animation as an avi file, then convert the frames to jpgs, in sequence so they are easier to import to flash, you can use any avi file, convert and try.. freewares "check google ".

Fantastic. Very good. I would like to make an equal. How did you get the picture in 3d? Got the pictures of the uniform at some specific site? how did it?

to reduce the file size you will need to reduce the images quality and size via an external software, to make it easy find an avi file and convert the frames to images, than import them to flash in sequence and replace the shirt image files this will give you control of the time line, i can make this file smaller but i dont want to upload and edit again, i made this for a website that specifically wanted this not compromising the quality and size of the images

You get the best performance and smallest size, if you use PNG's before compiling, I once did a test on it..
Of course when you load the images on the fly, the smaller the better, no matter what type, for this I'd use JPG..

Man nice to see but the output swf is more than 5 MB...
You used lots of images....
Is there any other way to reduce size of the file..

the file size is only large as the quality of the pictures, you can reduce the size of your images if you like. this is done all in flash easy to edit soon or my examples will have a tutorial soon
