in your 'rotate_mc' animation, in the first frame, you should add:
_parent._parent.next_btn.enabled = true;
And on the second frame, add:
_parent._parent.next_btn.enabled = false;
This will prevent from clicking the next button while it is rotating.

Nah, just actionscript some creativity, which will count the 'current' image you are watching. And when pressing NEXT, it will show the next image in list. A bit creativity ;)
