This appears to be a flash file, you cannot see a preview because flash player is no longer supoorted in browsers, but you can still download the file to study it's source code.

I should have opened the fla first before commenting... that previous comment was based on what I saw on this page.
After opening I see you have code to gotoAndPlay(15) at frame 78 of a 99 frame tween animation. That is what is making this look jumpy and odd.
It looks odd at the end, you should fade the last frame in to the very first frame then start from the beginning. My 2 cents.
