Try both these:
- directly clicking the download link
- right click the download link and pick "save as/save link as.."
It none work then on your computer try opening the file with another software, zip utility from windows XP works fine, free software like 7Zip works OK, etc.
Btw 7zip is a nice utility for packing/unpacking most files and archive types and it is free.

I think you are probably using "onRelease" on the button, you should also add "onReleaseOutside" so that mouse doesn't have to be exactly over button when you let go.
